How do I pick my size?
I currently have a size range of XS - 5XL available. For further information on size specifications, please refer to the size chart.
If you would like more detailed size information or don't see your size, please contact me directly at colourtheoryclothingau@gmail.com. One beauty of made to order clothing is I can add sizes as they are requested :)
Where is everything made?
All items are designed and hand made to order in Adelaide, Australia.
How do I take care of my clothing?
• Wash & dry inside-out
• Cold gentle wash or handwash
• Wash with like colours
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Line dry in the shade to prevent colours from fading
• Do not iron
• Keep away from rough surfaces and avoid rubbing against fabric.
My item/s looks a little different than expected?
All pieces are made to order, one by one and not mass produced. I do my best to make sure all colours are displayed as their true colours however, screen resolutions can cause colours to vary.
How much does shipping cost in Australia?
FREE regular shipping on all orders within Australia. All regular deliveries are carbon neutral. Happy days! Please keep in mind, all orders may take up to 3 weeks to be cut & sewn
RUSH ORDER: If you need your item asap, express shipping is $19.95. I will prioritise all rush orders, production time is 1-2 weeks before being shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact colourtheoryclothingau@gmail.com to see what's possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I care a lot about my environmental impact, please allow a little longer for your order to arrive. I will do my best to cut and sew your order as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be cut, sewn and created before being shipped. During busier periods, eg. sales, lauches, it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be made. Keep an eye on the announcement bar or socials for updated timings.
I use an Australian delivery partner that provides a carbon neutral delivery service. Most Metro areas will only take 3 business days however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
RUSH orders will be prioritised and send via express post. I will have your order ready 1-2 weeks after payment and it will take 1-2 days to arrived once shipped. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact colourtheoryclothingau@gmail.com to see what is possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do. There is a flat rate of $20 to New Zealand and $40 for the rest of the world per order under $499.
I offer free shipping for all international orders over $499.
• NZ: 10-16 business days
• North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 10-28 business days
• Rest of the World: 14-30 business days
Do costs include international customs and duty taxes?
All costs exclude customs duties and taxes. Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. This is a separate cost outside of the standard shipping fee. The payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Colour Theory Clothing cannot be held responsible for any charges.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. All items are produced on a made-to-order service therefore returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty.
Got the wrong size? I'm more than happy to organise an exchange for a different size or store credit. If you've made any custom requests to your order, I can not offer an exchange. Shipping fees will not be covered for returns.
I take great care to ensure the highest standard of quality of each item produced. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to an exchange or refund. For more information please refer to returns page.
How do I request a refund/exchange?

I will advise the next steps in the returns/exchange process. Sorry I do not cover the postage costs of returning an item. In the case of a refund we will put the funds back into your account. Refunds not available for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
