To organise an exchange, please send an email to alice@colourtheoryclothing.com.au and include your order number and ensure your request meets the below conditions.

Got the wrong size? Customers are entitled to 1 x exchange or store credit per order. If you've made any custom requests to your order, I can not offer an exchange or store credit. Shipping fees will not be covered for returns.
You can return an item for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not include sale items. Please refer to the Zero Waste Warehouse T&C's for all sale items.
Unfortunately I do not accept refunds for change of mind or wrong size. All items are produced on a made-to-order service and refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty.
Please ensure you check the description, sizing charts or send me an email with accurate measurements so I can assist with sizing prior to checkout.
All items will be inspected when returned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, you will not be issued an exchange or store credit and the items will be returned back to you.
I advise to use trackable service and insure your items as I cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit. I am not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake.
Due to different resolutions in computer screens, some colours may appear slightly different than they actually are.
I take great care to ensure the highest standard of quality of each item produced. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to an exchange or refund. If you have any concerns with a faulty or damaged item, please contact me at alice@colourtheoryclothing.com.au with a description and images of your product fault.
