Zero Waste Warehouse T&C's

The prices for all items in the Zero Waste Warehouse are already discounted and are final. No further discounts or promotional codes can be applied.

All items in the Zero Waste Warehouse are pre-made and sold as-is. We do not offer customisations, alterations or adjustments on these pieces.

All Zero Waste items will be processed for shipping within 1 week after payment has been received. Samples are cut and currently in production. If your order includes any made to order pieces, all items will be sent together when the made to order pieces are ready. This can take up to 4 weeks.

Each item in the Zero Waste Warehouse is pre-made, unique and available in limited quantities (usually one per item). Once an item is sold, it will not be restocked.

All items purchased from the Zero Waste Warehouse are final sale. Due to the nature of these products (samples, items with imperfections, or those with unique features), we do not accept exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to an exchange or refund. If you have any concerns with a faulty or damaged item, please contact me at alice@colourtheoryclothing.com.au with a description and images of your product fault.

Items in this section may have minor imperfections or features that differ from our standard products. These differences are fully reflected in the product descriptions and pricing.
